Thank you for the recipe! I made it this morning and brought home an empty platter. That spells success in my (baby brained) mind.
I used the 15 minute per pound time that you recommended and then added the glaze at the end. I took it out of the roaster and put it into a hot oven so that the glaze would be a little crispy, and it turned out perfectly!
