Halloweentime is over, hope you all had fun! Until next year....TTFN!

YAY!!!!!! :cool1: I got our tickets today (finally!!! lol) so can you please add us to Wednesday the 22nd. There will be 6 of us in total~including a couple of friends that I got tickets for that are meeting us there. I can NOT wait!!!!!!!
:yay: :yay: :yay: :yay:

woops this may not work after all since your overseas

It's a good idea, but yeah, with me being overseas it won't work.

Delivery times are way too unreliable for that. I've had packages taking any time from 3 days to 3 weeks. Plus of course the shipping would cost a fortune. Last time a package to the US cost me $ 32 Air Mail, and that was a very tiny birthday present.

I'll see what I can do with some stuff that's light to pack.

I'm booked. :dance3: :cool1:

Is it bad that I am so excited?

You can add me to the list for the 31st as well. My very lovely room mate decided: "If so many others are going, we are going too." :worship:
No it's not bad at all!!!! I'm super excited too!! I think we all are!

BTW, I have you down on the 29th, 30th and 31st. Is that right, are you going all three days or did I goof somehow?

What about a costume that could do double duty as regular clothes? Just as an example, a hippie costume.
Just wear jeans and a tie dye shirt during the day, and those could be your regular clothes, then for the party add some accessories like flowers in your hair, a peace sign necklace and earrings, a PEACE band to go around your forehead, etc.

Something like that would be easy to pack, easy to bring to the park for the party later on and wouldn't take up lots of room.

Not saying you should be a hippie, :hippie: but you know what I mean? LOL Look for something easy like that. :confused3

In any case, good luck! Searching for costume ideas is part of the fun! :yay:

Okay, I think I've added everyone so far. :thumbsup2

Yes, that's right.

We had planned to do Fantasmic priority seating, but as it seems Fantasmic is dark in November and so many people were going to the Halloween event on the 31st, the money for Fantasmic went into an additional Halloween ticket. As my room mate put it "let's make sure we can get all the fun possible." ;)

The hippie costume was what I had sorted out for the first day. It's nice that someone still connects the idea with me. :)

I'm having an idea for the second day as well - somewhere I have a black halo I think. Black shirt and voila - naughty angel. Or something like that. LOL

The third day came as a surprise though. That's going to need a bit thinking. Carnival costumes in my area are so totally different to Halloween costumes. *sighs*

OMG, you are so lucky! 3 nights!! I hope you are bringing an extra suitcase just for all the candy. ;) :rotfl: I love your roommate's "have fun" attitude. :cool1:

Ok, I knew I'd read on here about the hippie, but couldn't recall exactly from who. It's such a great idea though and it totally stuck with me. I love the naughty angel idea too. I think you can really change the look of an outfit with the make-up and accessories. And luckily those are easy to pack. :thumbsup2

Ok, they're for sale today, and I wonder if I can pay for them by phone with a Disney gift card or do I need a cc?

I have a question about -not- attending. We're going to be at DL from the 29th thru the 31st. Do you know what time the day guests will be asked to leave the park? This will really help me plan my afternoons and evenings.

TIA!

530 or 630 i think couse mine starts at 730 so i think they want n hour to get ready for the party

And it's only at DCA, right? So the DL side is still open? Does DL get super crowded because all the day guests move over to the other park?

You can look at the calendar http://disneyland.disney.go.com/disneyland/en_US/calendar/monthly/monthly?name=CalendarMonthlyPage and see what the hours at each park are each day. For example, on October 10th (the night we are going to the party) DCA's hours are 10-6 (same as the other days that week) so the party is not really affecting the normal hours.

Woohooo ! Just booked our tickets for the 3rd October - it'll be me, DH, and the four kids. Am still thinking we may go simply dressed in a black and orange "theme" rather than anything specific - don't want to lug too much in the way of costumes.

The kids will be sooooo surprised (I'm not telling them about this until the actual day.... one of the many surprises they'll have on the trip).

question. Will the photopass ppl be around diering the party to get pics with the charcters and stuff on the photopass cd

Thanks for the link! I had completely forgotten about using the official resources, duh! That answered my questions!

Please add us to the list for the 10th of October.
Me, my daughter, good friend and her daughter will be attending!
This is our first time and cant wait!:hmghost: :hmghost: :hmghost: :hmghost: :hmghost: :hmghost:

After last year's trip I actually ran into the next Walmart because I needed to buy an extra bag, and that was without candy. :rotfl:

Looks like we may be seeing Fantasmic after all though. We were tentatively planning to go back for one day on November 7, and am I overlooking something or is Fantasmic not on the reburb schedule there? It's usually on during Friday nights off season, right?

Thankfully when I mentioned the chance to my room mate she just groaned and mumbled something about the Dollar - Euro conversation rate.
