Halloween party special characters

We spent our first day in DL yesterday and met a Lot of characters, including Jack Skellington and the villains. What characters will be out tonight for the party that have not been out during the day?

The main thing is regular characters will be out wearing costumes, and expanded more than just the big 5.

Also you can see Captain Jack. Phineas and Ferb plus Perry. Also Storm Troopers.
