Halloween Party questions

Maybe I should go read the FP+thread, but since it was mentioned, I thought maybe someone could clarify. As the OP, I will have MYW tickets on my account for the same week that we do MNSSHP (as I'm sure many others do). I have never done FP+ before. How do you book the FP on the MNSSHP ticket and not the MYW ticket? Do you choose the ticket then do FP?

I'm going to be booking FP for my group, so I want to make sure I don't mess it up when my window opens!

You don't need to choose a ticket. You just make FP for the day. They are not tied to a particular ticket. You can only make 3 FP for the day you are attending the party, even if you are going to a park earlier in the day.

Thanks! I knew you had to have a ticket to book FP but didn't know how it worked if each person had more than one ticket! This board has been such a wonderful resource for all the new changes since I last visited WDW in 2009. I can't believe it's been so long since we've been there!!!

If I want to use a regular admission day from my MYW ticket and attend the party that same night with my MNSSHP ticket, do I have to exit the park and re-enter?

No, there are places inside the park to show your MNSSHP ticket to get the wristband for the party. Once 4pm rolls around you can get the wristband. As long as you get it before 7pm you will be fine.
