Halloween party props

We are in the planning stages of this years halloween party and whilst going through some of our old costumes I decided that I would like to use them as models to stand at the door

Do any of you know how, or where, I could get hold of some manequins - or maybe an idea as to what I could use to make the costumes look life like.

We did something like this last year but we just made a frame out of 2 posts of wood. We made an elongated cross shape so the shorter horizontal piece was the arms. We then stuck pumpkins on the vertical post as a head. It was cheap and very effective ... particularly in the dark when the wind was blowing the fabric ... not the best photo but it might give you the idea.
