Halloween Overlay + New DCA Lands

What kinds of things do you think they will plan for the overlay or do you think they'll mostly leave BVS and Cars Land alone?

I feel like BVS may lend itself to an overlay a little more than carsland though, maybe.

I cannot wait to find out!! This will be my very first Halloween season trip and I am just thrilled to get to see it at all, but to get to be among the first to get to see DCA and the new BVS and CL decorated for Halloween too would just be icing on the cake!! Sooo excited!
