Halloween on the High Seas question

Do you need tickets for any events/character meet & greets on a Halloween on the High Seas Cruise? If so, how do we sign up for them & how do we get them?

Most everything is a first come first serve line on the DCL cruises except for the princess gathering and frozen gathering which are ticketed events that you reserve once you are paid in full and you are inside your window to book activities.
