Halloween decorations

My daughter and I are going on a mom-daughter trip in mid-August. She has never seen MK without Christmas decorations since our family trips have always been in Nov. We arrive on the 15th and will go to MK that night. The first MNSSHP is the next night. What are the chances that we'll see the park w/o decorations on the 15th and then get to see it later in the trip with the Halloween decor? I'd love for her to see both. Okay, I'd love to see both, too.

Highly doubtful that the Halloween decor will not be up already with the first party the next day.
Last year I believe they had most of the decroations up by Tuesday?

The Halloween decorations will be in place a couple of days prior to the first MNSSHP for the final run-throughs of the parade and shows. VIPs and Management are usually there for the dress rehearsals so MK has to be set for the full party atmosphere.
