hi all.

we JUST changed our ressies to last week in oct/first week in nov. (from first 2 weeks in nov.).... i hadn't even considered halloween stuff until last night (when we decided to change our dates!).

even if we COULD get tickets, i think mnsshp might be a bit more than my kids could handle (too late, too many "scary" things), so we're now planning to just go to DTD for trick-or-treating. will it still "feel" like halloween in the parks? do they leave some decorations up, or do they take EVERYTHING down nightly from the parties?

i looked through the mnsshp thread, and i saw the info on dtd trick-or-treating. do any of the resorts do anything?

thanks,

MK has pumpkins and cornstalks around all the time - much of the nighttime Halloween "decorations" are really lighting and music. It's not scary at all - we took our kids at 1 and 2 and they were fine. During the day on Halloween there is nothing special at MK, only trick or treating at DTD.

Only a few Fall decorations at MK, the rest comes out at the parties...no other park does any decorations at all.

The other places on Halloween night that do trick or treating are DTD and Boardwalk.

thanks for the info

so has anyone been to DTD or boardwalk for trick-or-treating? i'm wondering if it'll be crazy busy on halloween night...

thanks!
