Halloween Costume: Parker (Leverage)

I'm trying to piece together a costume for Parker circa The Studio Job but at a loss. I know the skirt is a basic jean version but what else should I add (I'm also thinking about adding a fake hook or piece of her rappelling gear too).

For those that have scene the epsiode: its her during the picking pockets line dance scene.
