Halloween autograph book cover

I was hoping one of you talented disigners could make a Halloween autograph book cover with Disney Villians. I would need the name Marisa and 2015 somewhere on the cover. The book will be 8x6.

I have some other requests.
Could you possibly do a disign with Frozen characters that says Disneyland 2015?
Also your Olaf disign with Marisa on one and other with James?
Also another autograph cover Halloween theme either Fab 5 or Fab 5 as Star Wars characters with James and Autographs 2015.
Sorry for so many requests....but I love your disigns. You did some for us for our first Disney World trip a while back and I love them still.
Do you have autograph pages for the characters?
