Halloween at DTD?

What if anything happens on Halloween night in Downtown Disney? Do people dress up? Any Halloween activities? Thanks

They have trick-or-treating at DTD on Halloween - I think you go into the stores for candy. I can't remember if they decorate or not.

We went to DTD two years ago on 10/30. It was a ZOO, CRAZY BUSY!!!!! I think it actually felt busier than MNSSHP on 10/31. I do believe they had some decorations up. The children went from store to store and were able to trick or treet. I believe they had a little punch card or something to that affect to ensure you only visited stores one time. I think the candy was like one piece per child. The kids were dressed up. Honestly, next time I would skip it.
