Keepin mind that many if not all September cruises out of PC not currently designated hoths right now, most likely will be later. So if the Halloween cruise is important keep that in mind. I’m booked on a September b2b and have no doubt it will switch later. Though that was not a deal breaker for me.

So far that’s always been the case. I booked my January cruise then they turned it into a Star Wars cruise months later (not a fan). I booked a September cruise, then later it became a Halloween cruise, then I choose between a August 31 cruise or a September 7th, 2019 cruise when it was released, then months later the September one was turned into a Halloween cruise, but not the August 31 cruise...I was glad I booked the August 31 cruise because I was Halloween out. Now I’m booked on a 5 night in September 2020 and it’s currently not listed as a Halloween cruise, but probably will be. It’s not a big deal to me.
I’d consider booking your desired dates even if they are not initially announced as a HOTHS cruise. Once they become HOTHS cruises, you will likely see a price hike, either by deliberate action on DCL’s part, or naturally due to increased interest/demand.
I do this for SWDAS, and it usually saves me a decent chunk of change.
