Halloween 2004

Just wondering what the crowds are usually like the actual week of Halloween. Do they increase? We have been the week before Halloween week and find it very nice but are thinking of being there the week of Halloween (since it is on a weekend this year).

I don't think that week should be too bad,better than mid Oct IMHO! Alot of schools have Fall Break mid Oct. anymore and when we were there this past Oct. that second week was pretty crowded!! My son's school changed from 2 days off to the entire week in 2003.I think half his school,including teachers were at WDW last year that second week of Oct.!!!

As far as 2003, we did not wait in line over 10 mins
for anything and most was walk on. All in all It is a
great time to go and great weather.

We were there 10/30/03-11/7/03. We found the crowds to be very managable. The weather was nice and hot still too!! We encountered not too many waits. Even TT and M:S weren't more than 20 minutes standby at midafternoon!! On the flip side of the coin. We did MNSSHP on 10/31 (a Friday night). It was miserably crowded!! I won't do this again. If I attend another MNSSHP it will be a weeknight at the beginning of the month!!

It's Jersey Week!

And tends to get crowded. They have also extended the Food and Wine Festival, which will add to the crowds.

The more the merrier!

We went October 26 through Nov 2 in 2002 and it was a WONDERFUL week crowd-wise and weather-wise.

THis year going October 30 through Nov 4 (then going on a cruise Nov 4 thru 7). I'm hoping the Jersey week crowds pick up after we leave for our cruise. I'm hoping for the best but preparing for the worst.

I honestly didn't notice any difference in crowds due to "Jersey Week". I was really worried about it, but I thought the daytime crowds were really managable. I did in fact notice A LOT of NJ plates!! That was about the only difference. At one point my aunt mentioned that the one parking lot was 3/4 NJ plates at a restuarant! But that was the only thing we noticed!!
