I'm looking forward to Loveuary.... but I'm gonna miss the Jane Austen spins from last year. I may have to find where the 2024 movies are streaming.

The Hallmark Channel is re-airing the Loveuary 2024, Jane Austen themed movies in February. But, so far, they only have ONE date listed for each of them. So, record them if you can.

These are the movies according to their re-air dates:

An American in Austen on the Hallmark Channel at 8pm ET/PT.

Starring: Eliza Bennett (There actually is an actress named Eliza Bennett!) and Nicholas Bishop.

Hallmark Heresy

Have you heard the saying, "too much of a good thing"? Well, as heretical as it may sound, that's how I feel about Lacey Chabert. I understand how important she was to get the Hallmark Channel off the ground. And, to her credit, she's leveraged that into more control over the movies in which she appears. Good for her. She worked hard and she deserves what comes with that hard work.

But, to be honest, I'm really tired of seeing her almost everywhere. It's gotten to the point where I now actively avoid her movies. One of the things that drew me to Great American was that Lacey Chabert wasn't there.

I know.....a LOT of you absolutely adore her. I understand why. But, for me, it's simply a case of overload.

The Hallmark Schedule for Superbowl Weekend:

Due to the Superbowl on Sunday, Hallmark is slightly altering it's schedule.

Friday night:
7pm ET: A repeat of Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story is on at .
Description: Kansas City Chiefs superfan Alana tries to win the Fan of the Year Award as a Christmas gift for her family, falling in love with someone in the Chiefs front office along the way.

9PM ET: The Way Home, Season 3, Episode 6 is on as usual.


Saturday Night:
8pm ET: Loveuary movie #2, The Wish Swap is premiering.
Starring: Emily Tennant and Jake Foy.
Description: When Casey and Henry find themselves celebrating their birthdays at the same restaurant, they make birthday wishes at the same time which are granted. However they end up getting each other's wishes.

At 10pm ET: NEW episode of When Calls the Heart, Season 12, episode 6 will premiere. It has been moved from Sunday this week due to the Superbowl.

Thursday?!? No wonder I missed it. New Christmas movies premiered on Thursdays on Hallmark Mystery. I guess they are continuing new movies on this day.

I watched Return to Office, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. This was a delightful, if predictable plot, and Janel Parrish is always enjoyable. The male lead wasn’t as engaging, Tyler Hynes would have been a major upgrade.

I liked Return to Office also! Having spent some time teaching remotely from home as well as my classroom, I definitely related to some of the scenes. I also really liked An Unexpected Valentine. With this crazy weather and being home all week, I've had some extra time and caught some older Hallmark movies. It's been a great escape this week.

Imzadi, will you be hosting a SAG awards this Sunday? I missed the BAFTAs (but I did see that David Tennant opener.)

I will post the thread for it. But, it is totally on Netflix now, including the Red Carpet. As I don't think a lot of people here have Netflix, I think it will be more of a small gathering, than a "party."
