New Christmas Movies premiering this week:
9 new TV movies this weekend.
In addition to the usual Hallmark & GAC movies:
The Lifetime Channel adds an extra new movie Sunday night.
(Lifetime re-airs the movie 4 hours later.)
ION Channel begins their Sunday Christmas movies, premiering the first of their four new Christmas movies. Since ION only shows Christmas movies on Sundays, these may be the only times to record the new movies: premiere at 8pm ET, re-airing 10pm ET and 12am Mon ET.
Otherwise, in the past, they only re-aired the new movies during a marathon the weekend before Christmas.
For Netflixers: Netflix is premiering 4 movies or specials.

Hallmark Channel: Nantucket Noel
starring Trevor Donovan and Sarah Power.
Description: During the Seaside Noel celebrations, Christin learns of a developer who is planning to tear down the wharf that is home to her toy store. Tensions rise as she falls for the developer’s son, Andy.
Lifetime: Dancing Through the Snow
starring AnnaLynne McCord & Colin Lawrence.
Description: Michael is a firefighter and devoted single father to 8- year-old Lily, an aspiring ballerina. After a video goes viral of Michael and Lily doing an adorable ballet routine, Michael becomes the most eligible bachelor, as women everywhere want to date this adorable Dad. However, the only woman Michael has eyes for is Lily’s ballet teacher, Olivia (McCord).

starring Mary Antonini, Michael Xavier, Stephanie Sy, Alex Poch-Goldin.
Description: A talented designer (Antonini) finds herself too busy to return home for the holidays after her work catches the eye of design guru. When her ex-boyfriend and childhood best friend Aaron (Xavier) returns home after active military duty, he makes it his mission to get her home to celebrate her Christmas traditions with her dad.
GAC Family: A Kindhearted Christmas
Starring Jennie Garth and Cameron Mathison.
Description: Jennie owns a sightseeing company in a small town. During the holiday, she decides to adopt her late husband’s habit of making gestures that make people happy during the holidays. Watching TV, she learns about a high school’s fundraising effort and makes a big anonymous donation. Her town catches the giving sprint, and the TV station’s anchorman (Cameron) drops in to report on the Secret Santa, meeting Jennie.

After a fight with her husband, (Paul O’Brien,) wife (Justine Kacir,) follows him to his hometown of Sydney, Australia, in hopes of saving their marriage. Tracking him down proves complicated. So, she must rely on an Aboriginal tour guide and a social media influencer ride-share driver to help, all just days before Christmas.

Description: Vanessa Hudgens stars three times over in this lighthearted third Princess Switchmovie, which follows Queen Margaret (Hudgens) and Princess Stacy (also Hudgens) as they try to track down a stolen, precious family artifact. They team up with Margaret’s cousin, Fiona (Hudgens once again) who enlists the help of a new, mysterious man.
Blown Away: Christmas - premieres Fri, Nov 19
