After what will be by the time we go, a 5 year absence, it looks like the family will FINALLY be able to go back to DLR in the spring :worship:.

We've stayed at the Tropicana before and it was quite adequate. However to save a few bucks I'm thinking that we might want to stay at the Fairfield Inn (I have some Marriott points which will make it cheaper).

Have some questions from those who have stayed there.

1. Appears to be no continental breakfast. Is that right? Fairfields usually have one.

2. Is the pool any good? Going with teens and needs to be more than kiddie friendly.

3. Would you stay somewhere else if cost were the same?

3. Any other suggestions?

Thanks

I don't have any suggestions, but YAY for going back to Disneyland!

No continental breakfast. There is a small market and pizza hut on site, but they do not offer free breakfast.
The pool is basic and nothing fancy.
We prefer to stay at FFI. The proximity is great and the hotel is clean and quiet.
