I've never dyed my hair, or even gotten highlights. I'd like to someday dye a small part of it, like just a streak of hair. I'd probably dye that streak a deep red or purple.

My hair is dirty blonde, and pretty dull. I don't like it that much.

Its called Cinnaberry. Its a temp color, which means it washes out in a few months, so I don't get roots to deal with.

Your hair should take color well, since its so light.

Perminant dye is awful. it kills your hair. If you like a color, get it in temp and just redye it every few months. It looks the same, and you dont get roots, and if you don't like it, you're not stuck with it for years. Some of the hair at the ends of mine is years and years and years old (I have long hair) I don't want to have red tips 10 years from now.

Lately I've been thinking of dying my hair...

My hair is naturally light brown, but I'm loving Nicole Richie's hair color right now.

And there's a girl at my school who died her hair this dark brown with a red tint and it's such a gorgeous color.

I'm just building up the courage to dye it, now. Haha. I'm thinking of trying the wash out dye over spring break to see what it looks like.

So do I, my hair looks like yours in the pic (but not red) and the curls are tighter on my underside of my hair and looser towards the top layers, I don't know how to explain. I am not trying to start and argument though. By the way your hair looks beautiful.
