Hair Wrapping at BC Resort

Does anyone know if my daughter can get her hair wrapped at the Beach Club? Thanks.

They used to have it by the pool area along the walkway by the lagoon....I haven't been in awhile, but I think its still there.

I asked the reservation CM - they said the salon at the BC can do hair wraps, beading, etc. My DD likes it too.

We were just there in April and the stand is still there. It's right by Hurricane Hannah's and across from the "pick a pearl" stand.

The hairwrap station near SAB seems to have daytime hours because last summer when we went at about 4 p.m. the girls working there said they couldn't take anyone else that afternoon. They had a few waiting and they closed at 5. They sent us over to the Boardwalk (a short walk around Crescent Lake) because their hairwrap station opened at 5 p.m. My DD got a wonderful wrap, the darn thing stayed in from July to March, when she finally asked me to cut it out. It's now safe in my jewelry box and DD plans to get a new wrap this summer.

Hairwrapping is winding colored string around one thin strand of hair. They can also put some beads on the strand. Most resort salons do braids (with beads) on the entire head. Bo Derek had in the movie "10" (if you're old enough to remember that!)

I'm pretty sure they had a stand near the pool at the AS when we were there a while back, and if it was there, they probably have it at most of the pools.

I didn't look too closely as it's not something we needed done. Ask around and I'm sure you'll find it.

Disney is pretty good at finding ways to separate you from your money.

My girls want this done too, but it's so easy to do, I'm going to do it myself before we go. Lots less expensive. I learned how to do it by googling it. I figured I saved myself at least 50 bucks, being that they both have such long hair.
