hair braiding

On our last cruise we had the girls hair braided at CC. They did a wonderful job. They lasted for 10 days before I made the girls take them out.

My question is.....are the braids on the ship as good? I was thinking about getting an appointment for the last day at sea before we go to CC so that way we won't miss the fun at CC.

Do they cost the same on the ship as at CC??

I had my DD hair braided on the very last night on the ship. We did the headband braid. It looked great and because it was the last night there was no activities to wear on it so it looked great when we got home. I only left it in for 10 days but it still looked very good when I took it out, I was worried about damage if we left it to long.

We did have damage. Luckily my dd's have a good full head of hair. They lost a ton of hair

It was $2 per braid on CC. Is that how much it is on the ship?

I need to plan the $$. It looks as if i am taking an extra girl.

DD#1 got the headband braid (I think it's called a crown but I'm not sure) last year on the ship, she had it in almost a month! She has very thick hair so no hair loss bugged her. She did REd, white and blue and it looked great! It was $2 a braid (she had 13 braids) plus tip. DD#2 didn't want braids so she got a Captain Minnie stuffed animal instead.
We signed up on the second night to get it done on night #3 on the ship. I guess you can sign up the first day which we will do this time so she can enjoy them on the ship longer.
