My DD5 has been saving all of her birthday money and pennies for our November trip. When she saw a picture on the front page of our paper of a young child crying in New Orleans, she began to cry too.
A few hours later she came downstairs with all of her savings in a little envelope and asked me to mail it to the child in the paper so she could buy a stuffed animal to make her feel better.
I've seen alot of misery in my line of work and it takes alot to get me tear up, but I became a blubbering mess.
I feel like the luckiest Dad in the world.

Congrats to you on setting such a good example and raising a wonderful little girl...the world's a better place because of people like your daughter

That would make me a blubbering mess as well. What a little love bug she is.
