My twins, B/G Matt & Megan are in the same science class this year. They are in the 8th grade & this is the first class they've been in together since they've been in middle school.
On Friday they brought home their progress reports and DS had a C- and DD had a B in science. My DS said "It must be a mistake!", "our teacher must have us confused"....DH & I kinda said "Yeah right...suuure she has you confused...you & your sister are impossible to tell apart....." It seemed awfully farfetched and DD was sure the B was hers.
Well, it turns out he was right! The teacher called last night to say that when he asked her about it, she looked into it & every grade he got went to his sister and he got hers.
She was very apologetic and said she would apologize to the kids today.
Poor Matt, DH & I felt awful for not believing him, but it just didn't seem likely.
My DD is not too happy either because now we're talking to her about the low grade.
