had problems with online reservations, anyone else?

It wouldn't link the dining plan to the reservations I made. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone yesterday making reservations. Anyone else have issues with the online reservation system?

If you're trying to look up reservations that already exist, then yes, that's an issue that is probably the result of some maintenance that they are currently doing in the system.


The maintenance hasn't trashed the system or shut it down, or anything really bad like that, but some information can't be accessed at the moment. Not sure how long this is going to last, or if there's a work-around.

I am still having that problem, but if I type in the ressie number and my phone number, then I can find them. I bet the CMs are glad that I stopped calling about it.

I wasn't trying to look up reservations, I was trying to make them and it didn't ask me for my resort conf. #. It wasn't linking the face that I had the dining plan with my reservations.

I was so excited about using the online service but it didn't work for me. It was very tedious calling Dining Reservations and doing it by phone.

On a positive note, I was able to book everything my daughter wanted including Fantasmic package (for January). I feel like a big weight has been lifted from my shoulders. LOL. I was stressing over reservations like you can't believe.

I'm still having a problem trying to make reservations. I can find the time and restaurant that I want but I can't complete the reservation. I just want to make these reservation tonight before I go to bed.
