Had Our Offers Accepted!!

We were just notified today by Jerry from TSS that the two contracts we put offers in for at the BW were both accepted (made the offers this morning). The two owners accepted out first offer and now its on to the next step. We are getting 250 points on one contract with the 250 coming on Oct 1 for this year. The second contract is for 160 with a March year and has a carryover of 147. So excited since we love the Epcot area and this will give us the 11 month window for there.

Hopefully ROFR will go through without a problem Our offer was lower than the asking price but also was still within what the average selling price has been for the BW. There was one contract with Fidelity that was extremely low price per point (compared to all other BW listings) and I felt that that one would probably raise a big flag with Disney - not that Fidelity ever got back to me anyway. Hopefully everything will go smoothly - our TSS agent felt that we shouldn't have any trouble but you never know.

We are also waiting on ROFR and also used TSS. They have been great so far.
