I just got a 20% off card for Gymboree as well and it's valid through May 20. My youngest just turned 11 so unfortunately we haven't been there in a while.

I don't know if they can be used more than once. The code looks like original numbers under a UPC.
I received mine in the mail at least a week ago. It is folded over so that it is
5x7. The front is red and the back is blue, with the orange coupon and a white section for my address.
