Gwen Stefani's New CD

[Banzai]

I'm sitting here, listening to Gwen's new CD, "The Sweet Escape," and I am not impressed. Her first album was amazing, a blend of the bubble gum pop and some hip hop that, to me, became a wonderful mix for a freshman disk. With this one, I feel that I wasted my money. The entire CD seems forced to me, with only "Orange County Girl" having to me, the making of a good single.

Anyone else have a comment? I figured we needed some pre-Christmas fluff...

I like the hook for Wind It Up, but I really don't like the beginning of it. I know she is kinda doing the same thing she did with Rich Girl, but it doesn't seem to come off as well to me.

WOW, no WAY~!!!!! I guess there's still a chance for me then huh??? I'm 37 too (well, I'll be 38 at the end of the month!). You're right, not a chance. Well, she certainly does not look 37 to me--I thought she was under 30 actually. Good for her!

Same here! I can't decided if Wind it up or Yummy is my favorite.
