GV for Family Get together Thanksgiving 2004?

Planning a big family get together for Thanksgiving Week 2004 (in on Sun out on Fri). We have never tried a GV and are excited. With the small amount of GV's will this be difficult. My home is OKW, so I'll be trying day by day.

Should I be worried or not? Thanks.

If you call day by day at the 11 month window, I don't think you need to worry, especially if you call right when MS opens (9:00 a.m. Eastern). My understanding is that there are 27 Grand Villas at OKW. The reunion sounds like fun! Good luck and have fun with the planning.

Thanks CarolMN, we are so excited as this will be our first time in a GV. We leave in about 3 weeks and are getting a 2br and studio for family.

We are booked for the same days for 2003 Thanksgiving. I called right at the 11 months and got the whole time at once- no problem. Can't wait to experience the Grand Villa.

Great mgrebenc. So you waited to do the whole week instead of the day to day. How lucky for your. I hope you have a magical stay. We were there for Thanksgiving in 2001 and will be back again (only a studio) for 2003 BUT will we try for the BIG KAHUNA (sp) for 11/2004.

Have a blast and OH don't forget to see the CP, it is amazing.
