Guy day activities

I am looking for any activities that would be appropriate for a "guys" day, except golf. My husband and I are celebrating our 25th anniversary with an evening celebration, but would like the guys and gals to spend the day doing separate things. It would be a group of 19 guys (our siblings, parents, and their children). The youngest will be 8 years old. The celebration will be in July, hot and humid times.

The guys could go to DisneyQuest for the day It's nice and air conditioned! Or maybe even do a morning Segway tour in Epcot. There are also fishing excursions at the Seven Sea Lagoon resorts and Bay Lake resorts. Check out the Wide World of Sports and see if there's anything going on they might be interested in.

I would also suggest the fishing excursions? For the older guys if they split up Richard Petty would probably be awesome. My husband hung out with his groomsmen at the pool at the S/D actually. two of the groomsmen were staying there- they have volleyball courts, pools, basketball i think, etc. they could also mini golf or even go to a water park together? disney possibilities are endless!

Thank you for the responses, I didn't even realize they did a fishing excursion, that is a great plan for this group of people. I know my son (23) wants to do the Richard Petty thing......we will see if we can swing that one.
