I know the location is not the same but there is a BBB in Downtown Disney. What are the chances of you trying for one there and taking them to the castle for lunch or dinner? They still get to get the extra photos taken after and during their makeover.

It used to be 180 days but having not looked into this for some years now, it could well be one of the shorter ones (which might explain why the OP can't get a ressie - too early)???
It is still 180 days but I do know that the MK location gets booked quick for the early morning slots.
Oddly enough DD has never asked to do this and is just as happy going to the spa with me for a manicure She also usually has a hair cut at the main street barber shop too. The manicure & hair cut cost be less than even the cheapest BBB package too
If you don't get in buy all the stuff and do them up yourself- The memory of you doing them up fancy while there all excited about going to the castle will stay with all of you for ever.
In fact in might make an even better memory for them having you do it- Its strange the things that stick out most in there minds when there all grown up- sometimes it not the bits you expect.
just a suggestion, and I know it's not BBB, but what about going to the Harmony Barber Shop on main st & getting their hair pixiedusted? it's coloured gels, glittery confetti & Mickey heads all through their hair, then change into your own princess dress & buy one of the little tiaras that are all over Disney world? I don't know how much it is exactly but in the region of $10-12 I think

They have stopped doing coloured gel now. They will shake "pixie dust" on free or will put a girls hair in a pony tail or bunches and pixie dust for $5. A child's hair cut is $15 and for girls they will also put the hair up and pixie dust for the same price.
Hi OP! During my stint working for the mouse, I helped a guest get a reservation during July at BBB in MK on the day itself due to a cancellation! It can be done - keep being persistent and ring back for cancellations. Good luck!

Hi there, We have just turned up at the castle location on the day in the past prior to a lunch ADR in the castle and managed to get DD in after a very short wait. Following this though we always booked in advance as they advised to coincide with CRT ADR.
Not sure if we got lucky (this was 4 years ago now), or if they allow for a few walk ups per day. Might be worth trying or like others have said to call for a cancellation nearer the time. Good luck.
Keep trying - you might get a cancellation! Or try a walk-up if all else fails. We had both younger DD's booked in at the MK BBB and youngest DD bailed. We had a 'princess day' with an ADR at Akershus - it was lovely.
