Hello everyone!!
I'm here for another update. And give you the bad news. Since some of ya'll are in such suspense!!!!
Well, after we went to Wolfgang Puck we headed to my favorite park. Disney's Hollywood Studios. And here we are as we walk in!!!
And I snapped a pic when we entered the new Pixar section of the park. It was so cool with the Toy Story music and the soldier dudes signing autographs.
The Bad News:
It was right before we got to Mr. Potato Head in our 50 minute wait when my Dad got a phone call. It was from our neighbor back home. He was telling us that the keys to the house we had given him (just in cause) ended up in the hands of my extended outlaw family. Yes, I did say outlaw. That means they don't obey the law. Like the one not to steal.
Well, he said that they had come to him after he had helped them set up OUR generator, telling him that they didn't have enough water and food and they needed to get some stuff out of our house. Yeah right.

So, our neighbor let them in not knowing any better. He set the keys on the counter and my aunt scooped them up and took them. Our neighbor didn't feel comortable enough to ask for them back so he just let it go and called Dad.
When Dad found out he didn't like it too much. Because we had no doubt that they would clean us out that night. So, Dad called his Dad (my grandfather) and asked him to go and get the keys from my aunt. He went over there and told my aunt to give them to him. When my Mom talked to her she sounded upset!
Well, I'm sorry we don't want you to have the keys to everything we know. You'll live.
But it bothered my Dad so much that he decided to fly back. What!!!

Like leaving us in Florida while you go back to LA? Yep. And I wanted to go with him to help him out. He told me no. He said I needed to help out here in Florida. I didn't want to but I did. So I called Southwest and got the flight changed. But the New Orleans airport was still closed so he had to fly into Jackson, MS. And he had a good friend pick him up.
So the bad news is that Dad is leaving the state as of the next day. And he's not quite sure what he's going to find when he gets there.
He tells us when he gets home that the "Columbo's" my aunt brought with her (two guys) where smart enough to start picking up branches and stuff. Kudos to them!!

Well, they decide to burn them. And guess what they use to light them up? Gas. Rationed, stand in line for 6 hours, critically needed for generators gas. No, I'm not kidding. No, I can't believe it either. And it would be hilariously funny if I didn't know them. And they did a couple of other things that can only be defined as disgusting. Sigh. Crazy, crazy people.
So yeah, that was a wonderful adventure. Hah.
Here we are on the Great Movie Ride. We saw the western guy take over the car. I don't know how many times I've been and I've always seen the gangster guy. It was something new.
I'm into the whole barber thing!!
And look who I ran into on our way to the Muppets:
Onto the Muppets!!
I love these guys.
And look at the Hidden Mickey I found!!!
And we found this guy. He was so small and green I think he was friends with Tinker Bell!!!
And we couldn't leave without riding the Tower of Terror!!!
And the Rockin' Roller Coaster.
So we left the park and headed to the Pepper Market. I forget what resort thats in.
When we finished eating we realized that if Dad was leaving we needed to get the name changed on the rental car. So we head back to Thrifty. Remember that Thrifty is NOT swifty? Well, they still are not. And since we had gotten that older van that tends to veer left we asked if we could change it out. So we went from this van to this one. No, don't read this look down at the pictures.
Ahhhhhhhh!!!! Much nicer!!!
Up next we go to Animal Kingdom and Dad's leaving.
