We all have rides or attractions we adore for one goofy reason or another. You know...the ride that people look funny at you when you exclaim "I LOVE that one". Like adults who love Dumbo, or people who actually enjoy Sounds Dangerous.

I'll start. Hi...My name is Jennasis....and I love:

Maelstrom.
I cannot get enough of that Nordic accent! I get giggly like a schoolgirl when the ride first starts up that foggy dark tunnel and the narrator informs you that "You air not the fearst to pass dis way."

Country Bear Jamboree.
Aside from it's NQ (nostalgia quotient) I could listen to Big Al "sing" Blood on the Saddle for hours! And it's got a talking Moose head for criminy sake!

El Rio Del Tiempo.
I love the fireworks room. It is a very neat effect. I also think it's too cute when you are going through the "street" and the vendors are running after you trying to sell you trinkets.

I will also admit that I cry during all the fireworls shows and get goosbumps during Fantasmic, Illuminations, and just about everything else!

I love DL small world. I love all the little dolls, their clothes and the song.

I love Peter Pan's ride.

I also still enjoy the Country Bears although my older kids think its dumb. Last time we went the audience was behaving like they were part of the script- making the same responses in unison. It was a hoot. First time I'd experienced that!

Me too - it's been closed the past two times I've been, and I'm going through withdrawals - just not the same!

Shhh... don't tell anyone - I also get teary eyed watching the fire works shows... I always hope no one is watching... and that no one tries to talk to me - I just know my voice will crack and give it away.

I really like the wedway people mover (is it called transit authority now?) It's been my favorite since my very first trip...

:wave2: princess:

I think I love everything.

But I will admit that ever since having my kids, I get teary eyed at their reactions to the characters. I just love that interaction!

I even like the Norway video and never, ever, walk right through at the end! That's part of the joy in returning to Disney World again and again--I can take my time and not feel compelled to rush past a diamond in the rough!

And talk about tears, I can't even hear the music to Spectromagic or Illuminations or Wishes without loosssinngg it!!!!

So many people don't "get" Disney, and I'm sure that many people I work with think hubby and I (with no kids) are nuts for returning to WDW again and again. That's okay, if this is what nuts feels like...pass the salt!!!

Yep - I love Rio & Small World. I also loved Food Rocks & Kitchen Kaberet, which didn't seem to be tops on most lists...

And, I admit, no trip is complete without a spin on the Wedway.

I love the Wedway and IASM!:earseek: Yep, thats right, Its A Small World, I LOVE this ride!::yes::

honestly, I'm scratching my head over this one...I honestly love each and every ride at WDW and I am certainly not ashamed of loving it because that is what it is supposed to be like...recently, I read a layout that was in a scrapbooking magazine that featured a picture of a family in front of Cinderella's castle Mom, Dad, and two little kids (I'm talking 6 or 7 and younger here)...the journaling proceeded to say that they only planned MK into their Florida vacation for one day (and that was their only day in WDW) and they were so glad that they only planned that one day because they and the children thought that the MK was lame and outdated for the children...well, just how sad is that, we all love (as adults) rides like Dumbo, PP, IASW, teacups, etc. and a 4 and 6 yr old think it is just plain lame...
we took my daughter in Jan. and she was not yet two...she loved it, she knew who Mickey and Minnie and Goofy and Donald were, she had her first experience with a Princess...we spent months instilling a Disney like culture into her so she would love it. have these children never been exposed to anything Disney...I cannot believe that they thought is was lame, and then they took it further still and wrote in their scrapbook how they did not enjoy it! What is the world coming to? LOL anyway, relish your childlike enjoyment of the true WDW...a new generation will soon be taking over and the "classics" as we know it may eventually change...sorry about the rant...I just got going and couldn't stop...but I hold WDW very near and dear to my heart...the majority of my family vacations growing up were either spent there or spent talking about how "we should have gone there instead of here"...lol...I'm sure you all know what I mean or you wouldn't be here...

Okay, I admit I love two Fantasyland attractions: Peter Pan's Flight and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Now to admit this would not be embarrasing if I were, say, 6 years old. But I am 42!

All the ones mentioned here are all favorites of mine, and it never occurred to me that it was embarrassing to admit it!!

Only on the last visit did I discover WED Way/Transit Auth., and I loved it as much as the train around the park.

I also love CoP, and I really hope they never take it out. If I can find a pic, DH and I really get competitive with Buzz Lightyear, so the pics are a riot. If I have one scanned already I'll post it.

I'm 23 and can't wait to ride Dumbo my dear mother (54) tells me that she can't wait to rdie the cinderella's Golden Carrousel!

El Rio Del Tiempo.

I totally agree, how can you not love being chased down in the mercado? I really like the music on it, has me humming it all day:teeth: ... I love this ride

I love the old school Tiki Room (DL style) and Hall of Presidents. Those are probably what some would consider embarassing but I love 'em just like I love everything everyone else has said previously!

In MK, I love WedWay (I'll always call it that) and the carousel. I know I will love Dumbo and Pooh, but equally embarrassed to say I've never ridden either of them! I plan to fix that in just a few weeks!

In Epcot I love Figment's ride! Must be that catchy song...

And in MGM, it is without a doubt, MuppetVision 3D!

I will join the wedway lovers! A trip is not complete without multiple rides on this one!

I too love El Rio Del Tiempo. Call me crazy but I love the cheezy market place ending. I think because it reminds me so much of If You Had Wings. I also love IASW because I remember many, many years ago on our first trip, looking at each of those dolls and wishing I could take one of each kind home. It takes me back to being a kid again and the song doesn't even drive me crazy!
