I'm loving Phillip and Beth again, especially today! They have such chemistry. I also like the interaction etween James and Lizzie! In my opinion it's actually getting good again!

I know, and that is going to make it harder to see it go! I wasn't happy about the rapid aging of James, but this kid is good. I LOVE Lizzie and Bill. I want to see more Vanessa and Billy. I'll take all the Phillip I can get, and I love him with Beth. And I'm liking Shane and Dinah.

The previews for tomorrow look good. I can't believe Nat told Olivia she loved her! I agree that she will probably go away to deal with her feelings.

Though she turns down his offer of a movie, Beth's amused when Phillip offers to carry her books to her next class. Finding her brother unwilling to get out of bed, Alexandra gives him a slap which upsets him. He insists that Phillip came back home to get even with him. Later, finding him taking Alexandra out to an afternoon movie, Alan suggests that he come back to work. Phillip explains that Lizzie and Bill are doing a great job so he won't go back to Spaulding. But instead of going to the movie as planned, Phillip ends up in the Spaulding board room and tells Alan he will accept a seat on the board. As Doris begins the wedding ceremony, she talks about the seriousness of this decision and asks if anyone objects. She stares at Olivia until she insists she continue. Meanwhile, Daisy sends text messages to James as he sits at the Spaulding mansion, bored. When Doris continues, she again warns the happy couple about entering a marriage of convenience and then stops to take an important phone call. Olivia chases down Doris who angrily presses her to be honest with her feelings and stop Natalia from making this terrible mistake. Olivia insists she wants Natalia to be happy and knows it can only happen if she marries this man. During the break in the action, Mallet calls home and advises Marina that Child Protective Services moved up their meeting. Hearing he's moving to a halfway house before he's released for good, Daisy offers her congratulations to Rafe. Daisy's amused to find James is sitting in the pew behind her in church, still texting her. After Frank says his vows, Natalia can't runs from the church crying and runs into Olivia at the gazebo. Buzz and Marina convince Frank not to run after his bride.

Bill asks for Billy's help in planning a romantic trip to New York for him and Lizzie so he can get through dates #4 through 10. Phillip is outraged when he reads that Alan is insisting he take a psychiatric test before he takes the seat on the Spaulding board. Alexandra pushes him to just sign the document but Lizzie thinks Beth should read it over first. When Phillip finally agrees to the request, Alan pulls his sister aside and admits he had hoped Phillip would have backed off from the board seat so he didn't set up any exam. He makes a quick call to find the right person to "examine" him. After Frank moans about how much he wants to be with Natalia, Buzz urges him to go find her and tell her the same thing. Meeting her at the gazebo, Natalia admits to Olivia that she wishes she could just go back to the church and apologize but she can't. Crying, she claims she doesn't love Frank and can't marry him because she loves Olivia. Suggesting this doesn't happen "in her world," Natalia admits that this scares her. Olivia confesses that she is as confused as she is. Later, Frank finds them together. Natalia starts to explain why she walked out but as she stumbles for the right words, Olivia helps by suggesting it's because of the vows she made with Gus. As she offers to get coffee for the wedding guests, Daisy runs into James and asks him to stop calling her Susan. She accuses him of flirting with her. He reveals that he's not going back to school for the time being. When they arrive at Company, Daisy introduces him to Billy as he shares some pie with Phillip. Back at the church Frank and Natalia agree to tell everyone it was a mutual decision to cancel the wedding. Alan sends some guards to take Phillip away.

Dinah and Shayne decide to go to Bosnia.

Shayne gets a call from Josh and tells him where they are headed.

Josh is thankful that Shayne is leaving the country and hopefully away from harm.

Josh is stunned when Jeffrey tells him that Edmund hopped a plane to Bosnia.

Shayne takes Dinah to the Bosnian village where he met Lara.

Dinah and Shayne walk arm in arm through the village talking about Lara.

Shayne and Dinah are being watched - by Edmund!

Dinah visits Sister Angelica who tells Dinah about baby Henry's mother.

She takes Dinah to meet the baby's mother.

The Sister takes Dinah to Lara's grave telling her that that's the baby's mother. Of course

Shayne is kneeling at Lara's grave as Dinah and Sister Angelica arrive.

Sister Angelica explains that Lara died, but the baby survived.

Dinah learns Sister Angelica raised the baby herself until he was taken from her.

In Springfield, Mallet and Marina are working to save Henry from being taken away by Child Protective Services.

Marina threatens the caseworker, Clarice.

Marina threatens to plant drugs on the caseworker to keep Henry.

Mallet and Marina are given full custody of Henry.

Marina announces that she will take leave from the SPD to be a mom full-time.

Frank tells Buzz that he wishes Natalia would have been honest about her doubts.

Frank still believes that Natalia wanted to marry him.

Natalia runs into Olivia and Emma while at church.

Olivia doesn't think Natalia has thought about everything that the changes in their relationship mean.

Natalia holds Olivia's hand and holds it until they hear Frank entering.

Natalia tells Rafe goodbye as he goes to the half-way house.

Christina tells Remy she lost her job as a physical therapist.

Lillian tells Christina there aren't any openings.

Christina holds baby Colin and thinks about opening a daycare center.

But Edmund is the wild card that causes them sleepless nights. With Josh still in their lives and Reva's kids, life is very full, and very hectic for the new parents.

Olivia/Natalia/Frank: Frank is coming to grips with the non-wedding. Otalia are working at defining their relationship and spending time with Emma. Frank will actually find a new love with a "familiar face" -- is it Eleni? Rafe returns home and Frank helps him overcome some shocking news.

When Alan brings up going to Florida, Beth doesn't want him to interfere.

In the end, Beth decides to go to Florida to make sure Alan doesn't ruin Lizzie's time with Bill.

Alan tells Beth that Phillip is in Ravenwood.

Stop the recast! Nancy St. Alban will reprise the role of Michelle Bauer. Guiding Light execs had been planning to recast the role, but a last-minute change was made when CBS announced the show's cancellation. St. Alban last appeared in 2005.


Nancy St. Alban (ex-Michelle Bauer) is returning to Guiding Light after all. Visitors to soapcentral.com may remember an article posted earlier this year in which it was reported that the show was bringing in a new actress to play Michelle. In light of the show's cancellation by CBS, show execs have reconsidered their decision to recast.


"I can confirm that Michelle Bauer is coming home to Springfield," a Guiding Light spokesperson told soapcentral.com earlier this year. "Fans will see her on air in late April/early May."

BethAnn Bonner made her on-screen farewell on One Life to Live just last week -- and she's already on to her next role. The six-time Daytime Emmy "pre-nominee" has been signed to a short-term role on Guiding Light. The actress makes her GL debut in June.


That was fast! Before her One Life to Live alter ego even had a chance to dry off, actress BethAnn Bonner has signed a short-term deal to appear on CBS's Guiding Light. Bonner's final One Life to Live scenes aired just last week.


While some fans may be quick to quip that any role on Guiding Light is "short-term" these days in light of the show's recent cancellation by CBS, that's not necessarily the case. TeleNext Media, the production arm of Procter & Gamble in charge of putting Guiding Light and As the World Turns on the air, is actively seeking a new home for Guiding Light.


As for her new gig, Bonner will appear in a yet-unnamed role. She will share scenes with Murray Bartlett (Cyrus Foley), who returns to Springfield to find out why he can't locate his brother, Grady. Presumably, it won't be pleasant when he learns that Grady was tossed off a cliff.


Bonner made her daytime debut as One Life to Live's Talia Sahid in December 2006. The actress was written off the canvas when Talia was felled by a serial killer. The exit was story-dictated and brought about as part of budget paring and the exit of her on-screen love interest, Kamar de los Reyes.


Bonner makes her first Guiding Light appearance in early June.

Danny Santos is returning to Springfield. Actor Paul Anthony Stewart is rejoining Guiding Light -- and he'll be joined by former on-screen love, Nancy St. Alban. Since leaving Guiding Light in 2006, Stewart had done a movie and returned to the stage.


Paul Anthony Stewart (Danny Santos) is headed back to Springfield. The actor will return to Guiding Light this summer. It will mark the first time in nearly four years that viewers will see the actor on screen. The return coincides with the return of Stewart's on-screen love interest, Nancy St. Alban (Michelle Bauer).


"Nancy St. Alban and Paul Anthony Stewart will make guest returns to Guiding Light this summer," a Guiding Light spokesperson confirms to soapcentral.com. The rep declined to say how long the pair would appear on the show.


Earlier this year, Stewart appeared in the Cleveland Play House's production of Crime and Punishment. The return to the stage was a homecoming, of sorts, for the actor, who appeared in numerous plays at the start of his career. Stewart has even appeared on Broadway as Christian in Cyrano.


Stewart first appeared as Danny in November 1998. In 2005, he and St. Alban were written out of the show together.
