Guided tours and pin badges?

Hello all

Back before xmas when I booked our trip I saw there were guided tours available for both parks. However for the life of me now I cant seem to find the info on them. A few questions if you dont mind....

1. anyone have a link to their info?

2. has anyone done them and are they good/worth it?

3. I'm sure I read somewhere you get a special pin badge at the end of each. Is that true?

4. Am I fine to just turn up and book them or do they sell out fast?

Yes, we've done both. Even though you'll probably know most of the info already, I thought they were both very enjoyable and especially the Studios one.

3. I'm sure I read somewhere you get a special pin badge at the end of each. Is that true?

Yes, we got nice little square pins ~ a purple colour for the Disneyland Park with the Castle logo on and blue for the Studios with the Earful Tower logo on. They also had 15 on them to celebrate the 15th celebrations so they may be giving different ones by now.

4. Am I fine to just turn up and book them or do they sell out fast?

I wouldn't, IMO it's far better to book in advance then you won't be disappointed. You don't pay until the start of the tour so if you find you wish to change/cancel it when you get to Disney that won't be a problem. When we did ours, bearing in mind that it was 3 years ago so it could have changed, you arranged it by email and it was a case of first come first served in terms of which language it was held in.

oh lord it was on here all along thank you so much for that I could have sworn I saw it on google. Im going to email them now to book it!

We did the tour of the main park last January (so it was very quiet). We just booked it the morning we wanted to do the tour. We went back in the afternoon and were the only ones there so had a private tour. It was well worth it.
I would say that little kids might not enjoy it. My youngest was 7 and he enjoyed most of it but got tired (and slightly bored) towards the end - it is quite a walk for little legs.
We are definitely going to do the Studio tour in Feb (especially now I know there is a different pin).

I did the Disneyland Paris tour in October. I went into City Hall at the beginning of my trip and they signed me up for the only tour offered in English that week - which was a couple days later. Ended up there were only three of us on the tour. I didn't take my kids which I was glad about, as it was definitely an adult tour.

Got a pin at the end. Got a backstage view at one ride, but primarily the tour guide just pointed out interesting things about the park and talked about the history of Disney/Disneyland Paris.

well theres 3 of us going to DLP this time and we're all adults(in age anyway) so going to book it up today. and I think we're going to both tours. We're there for 5 days so why not heh.
