Guests name, address, etc. on new reservations.....

Just read a new Vacation Magic email......effective immediately MS will require all guests names, addresses, etc.......could this also be a way to try and curb the rental situation.....the people who just make reservations for prime weeks and then go to ebay and rent the week or weeks? I think it would curb it to some extent because anyone doing this would need to have a pool of names and addresses to make multiple reservations.

Actually, there is already a thread running. It has been reported that this requirement is WDW wide, not just DVC. I suspect it has more to do with Magical Express and/or Homeland Security than DVC renting.
