I just tried to go back and find a thread from early January where I posted a question and then phamton replied with the email address for customer service or guest services (or something like that) and suggested I write them. I was surprised that the forum only goes back six pages, and not far enough to find that thread.

Does anyone have the email address to guest relations / guest services? It's in reference to a query on our Premier Passes, if that makes a difference (so AP holder related).

If you want to search further back than the 6 pages, you need to change your preferences. Click on "User CP" in the top left hand of the page. Then click on "Edit Options". Scroll down until you see "Thread Display Option". Change the "Default Thread Age Cut Off" to "Show All Threads".
