What problem are you having? Guest relations can deal with the vast majority of guest related issues or can direct you to who can. If you tell us the problem then maybe we an direct you better.

We can't tell you what to do if we don't know specifically what the problem is. If you don't want to elaborate, the number you have already been given is the best that we can do
