Has anyone been able to get/use a Guest Assistance card at US/IOA?

Have an Autistic son and we were able to get a card from WDW to bypass the lines. Don't mind waiting- just standing in crowded lines is hard on him (and others). How does it work at US/IOA?

Go to guest services when you enter the park. They will take care of you!

I too have an autistic son.

US customer service dept who issues the passes changes often. Some days you will need to use the customer service before you enter the park located on the far right before entering through the turnstiles. Somedays they tell you to use the cs inside. Once we enter the park and went to cs and after standing in line with them, they told us to exit the park and use the cs before you enter the park. It varies with US.

At IOA we 've always had to use the cs before entering. Also, located on the right before entering the park. Our last visit to IOA July 2007 we were in line at customer service for over an hour and this was at 6 pm.

I would suggest going inside the park to the Guest Service lobby. You are less likely to have a line there. The Guest Service window usually has a line. Guest Services lobby is on the right at both parks after going through the turnstiles.
