Guess who I got to meet???????

I was in the Philadelphia area this weekend (Thursday through Sunday) for a retail event my company put on.

I had the pleasure of meeting 2 of our very own DISers.

The one, the only, the incomprable Evil Emporer himself, I got to meet Zurg. He came by around lunchtime on Friday (disguised as mild mannered Bennet ) and we had a nice chat for a couple of minutes. I of course encouraged him to browse, and see if there was anything he 'needed' but I think he showed some restraint.

Then...Friday evening Nikole (moderator extrordinaire) stopped by. She however did NOT show restraint, and did make a purchase. (thanks Nik!!!!)

It was really fun to meet some DISers, even if I was not on my 'home turf'

HUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was SOOOOOOOO great to finally meet you Deb! She's just as big of a sweetheart in person as she is on line!

I come in late (got stuck at work) and am looking around seeing all of these employees thinking how in the heck am I gonna know her....... SOOOOO I stop at a desk and ask if Debbie from Mass is around. They're like hmmm don't know her but ask that guy over there in the white hat. I didn't even get two steps from the guy in the white hat and deb comes rushing over to me and gives me a great big hug!!!!

I wanted to kidnap her and take her out to dinner but work prevailed! So instead I spent way too much money at the sale!

Deb please let me know if you're ever in this area again as next time hopefully yo u'll have more time and I can show you around!

LOL at the Duct Tape. I did not have my lime green duct tape, but I was in the process of pricing some items, and I think I had 2 GIANT rolls of packing tape on my wrists. (Like GIANT bangle bracelets).

Deb had good shoes. I checked. She is planning on some shoe hunting on her next trip now that she has gone digital.

LOL one of Deb's co-workers feet were going to be hurting by the end of the day.

They had lots of the yellow crowd control tape around and Zurg kept an eye open for any possible sticky situations.
