Guess what's coming to DALLAS???

A brand new DISNEY STORE is slated to open in NorthPark Mall in October! Apparently this is the "flagship" store that was rumored to be coming WAAAYYY back before they started the construction that made the mall into a rectangle instead of a "U".

My friend is in commercial real estate and he e-mailed me about it the other day. Today I was at the mall and there is a BIG picture of Mickey on the wall confirming that the Disney Store will be in the space where Bailey, Banks & Biddle used to be.

We'll see. Dh and I talked about it last night.
I already work full time.

If there are folks on staff who I know from other locations I might see if they would give me a really wimpy schedule (like 4-10 hours a week). But it would also depend on what sort of benefits came with it. I am not that interested in going back to retail, even just for a couple hours a week.

I know how you feel. I was so happy when I left retail. Although I do miss parts of it, like the coworkers and discount. Sometimes I think I wouldn't mind going back into it but like you, I'd want a wimpy schedule.
