Just north west of the entrance to Guardians:Mission Break Out attraction in DCA.

everytime I have seen it, it takes place in front of the main sign of the attraction. This is near the entrance of the attraction.

As everyone stated, right in front of attraction sign and the CMs will make anyone who is sitting on ledges around it Move about 5 minutes prior. It’s one of my faves, especially when Gamora Is with him, that’s best version.

We watched from the raised path across the street which gave us a good view and meant we didn't have hoards of people crammed around us. We were very lucky as the characters walked past us after the show so my daughter got a great photo with Gamora (her favourite).
