GT Rates- Panama

Hi All,

I was wondering if the Panama cruises tend to have IGT/OGT/VGT rates released- Given the Aug 2016 Panama cruise starting in August, we are interested in this cruise, however trying for a baby so who knows where we will be at that time next year- just wondering what our chances of a GT rate are?

The prices are actually lower for that cruise than the same cruise Sep 15. In my opinion 10% chance of IGT/OGT/VGT. I think that moving it a little into August can only help increase the demand. IMHO only.

If you are considering, book it! You can cancel before penalties are imposed. You can get the room and dinner times you would like. Hopefully you will have to cancel!!! Best wishes!

Yes, book now! You can cancel at no cost until 120 days before cruising, unles you sail concierge. You can choose stateroom and dining now.

On our pc cruise last month, OGT rates were mainly offered. IGT rates were only offered 2 weeks before sailing and VGT was never offered. Also, the discounted rates were never as low as opening day.

Yup. All of this was true. The only "last minute rate" that beat opening pricing was the military rate and it was only offered for "up to 50 staterooms". They had a lot of cast members staying in the inside rooms because of the major cast turnover and they needed the space...so I think that is why there were not IGT rates when they normally come out. We wanted IGT. We sailed on an MTO rate.
