Yep, that's me right now, Grumpy. I'm becoming jaded regarding all the
messages on this board looking to make WDW trips "more special" for someone. "What can I do to make my 10yo DDs bday trip special?" "what can I do to make my FILs first visit special?"
Have people taken so many WDW trips that they forget that it's special just to be there? Why all the threads about needing more? Is this also indicative of our society - that things that used to be so far out of reach for so many have become necessities or commonplace, and we need even more?
Good grief, Charlie Brown, let's get real and remember that for 99.5% of the world, just BEING THERE would be a wonderful, special moment. Don't set you or your family up for needing MORE to have the trip be SPECIAL!
End of rant...
