Grumpy and his wife and possibly the DIS Food Porn Queen are going to Disney

Whatever Mark decides on when he has his operation done I am keeping my fingers crossed for both of you that it works out just the way you want it and that he gets into perfect health until your Florida trip (and this is the time I wish this weren't a foreign language to me and I could explain myself better!)

Thanks for posting those photos - the beach looks amazing and the wildlife!! Oh WOW!!! No wonder you love it there so much!

Dinner with Nicki and Todd sounds fab - no matter WHERE you go! ;)

The decision has been made. Mark will NOT go to Vegas.

Tough decisions! I hope no matter what decision is made, Vegas or not, he is fully recovered in time for Florida.

Sounds like another lovely and relaxing day on Marco Island, and dinner with friends is always a great way to end a trip!

Marco is jus so relaxing...I could easily live there.

I am so happy to hear that Mark's pain is gone! That didn't take long!!!!

2 months!!!!! WHOOT WHOOT!!!!!! :woohoo::woohoo:

Once the bone spurs were scraped, the discs fused it was instant relieft.

Healthy bodies before work!!! Vegas is just another show!

He was outvoted. He's not happy, but I WIN again. :lmao::lmao::lmao:

Kathy, I hope that works for Mark to have his procedure done earlier so that he's 100% for WDW and Marco Island.

I am so glad that cough syrup helped you sleep that's what you need the most when you are sick but sometimes its almost impossible to accomplish!

Hope you guys make it to the zoo it will do you both good!

Have I mentioned how excited I am to be going to CSR again at LONG LAST??????

Didn't make the zoo today. I woke up with such a coughing fit this morning that I definitely knocked something out of whack and am in a lot of pain. If not better tomorrow, I'll be at the Urgent Care.

Yes, I think you may have mentioned it once or twice ;) how happy that you are going back to the CSR at long last. I am so happy for you.

I've learned two things in my 24 years of marriage, Momma always wins, and second, if momma is not happy nobody is happy. :rotfl:

I'm sorry to hear your not feeling well now, I will keep you in my prayers for a quick recovery and no pain. ;)

I am so glad Mark is having his angioplasty sooner than later. I am an NP for cardiac surgery and I think its always better to get that cath done and make sure its an angioplasty. I have had to tell far too many people that they need open heart, not angioplasty, and that is never a fun conversation.

I am also glad that Mark is doing so well from his recent surgery. Two months to go and he should be in great health. Love the beach pics!

I forgot to mention that I love that little lizard too!! He's really neat!

I'm glad that Mark decided to have this done sooner rather than later. :flower3:

Marco looks lovely. Our SVP at work has a home there. No wonder he's there so much....it looks awesome! :thumbsup2

Glad Mark is feeling better.

Hope he'll be fully recovered and ready to roll for your trip in two months!

Smart woman (and you are catching up to us -- we are 27 years). :)

Me too, Mary Ellen. One heart attack by him was enough in my loifetime. He should be raring to go by the time we get there.

Leisa, isn't he neat? I saw all the dolphins and Mark found the manatee and the lizard.

Sophia, it would be so easy to live there. Beautiful, laidback and peaceful.

Glad Mark is feeling better.

Hope he'll be fully recovered and ready to roll for your trip in two months!

Thanks, Michelle. He's going back to work tomjorrow.

Wonderful photos, that beach looks lovely :)

It really is, Stefy.

Well, we both go back to work tomorrow. I have a 9:15 with the doctor to rule out walking pneumonia and to see what I did to my rib and if I have an infection and to see if I need an antibiotic beside the cough syrup.

Grumpy made pancakes and sausage for dinner. He made my pancakes in the shape of a Mickey Mouse and I totally zoned out--I should have taken a picture.

And a SHOUT OUT to Amy & Dan. Mark says thank you very much for the Mickey Mouse get well card. It brought a smile to his face.

As I mentioned in other places, work's been really beating me down lately, but just wanted to drop a line to say that I'm very relieved that Mark is doing well and that I hope you get to feeling better too!

More good wishes for you to feel better! :goodvibes Wish my Mark would make pancakes for dinner!

I am so glad he liked the card, somehow I thought it was the perfect theme!

I am glad you are going back to the doctor, better safe than sorry. And speaking of sorry, I am bummed you ate the Mickey pancake with no picture to share with us!

Man the day Dan makes me pancakes, let alone Mickey shaped ones it will be a cold day you know where!

Feel better, hope you get some rest tonight.

I'm glad to hear Mark is having his surgery sooner than he was planning. He will be all ready for your trip to Disney and ya'll can go have a wonderful time :thumbsup2:goodvibes

WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOO FOR BEING UNDER 2 MONTHS NOW :yay::woohoo::cheer2:

Thanks Brooke; ribs hurt, but the cough seems better as the day goes on.

More good wishes for you to feel better! :goodvibes Wish my Mark would make pancakes for dinner!

Thank you, Tina. Mark has always been the pancake maker in our house (it's a tradition on Christmas morning too).

Hi, Dana. I'm glad that Mark is having his angioplasty sooner rather than later too.

Okay, guys, I went to the doctor this morning. I have a bacterial infection (gee, I could have told her that) and NO PNEUMONIA. She gave me an antibiotic which should kick in within 48 hours and also vicodin for the pain of my ribs. She said I should feel relief in 48 hours for the infection.

Thank goodness, you'll be feeling some relief soon!

Glad Mark is feeling good enough to go back to work. :)

Have been aol, so going back to catch up the last couple of days.

I'm so glad you finally got a scrip for the cough/pain!!! Serioulsy, Kathy, this has been hanging around for way too long!! You need to be well, and strong for your trip

IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS!!!!:banana::banana:

Thanks for the update, Kathy! :goodvibes

I am glad you finally got some antibiotics to take care of your cough! This has been going on FAR too long! Even more glad it's not pneumonia!
Take it easy and get well SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glad your doc has a solution for your sickness. I'm glad it wasn't pneumonia!!!!

NOW GET BETTER!!!!!! :hippie:

Kathy, that is great news you do not have walking pne. Can't spell it so I won't try!

Hopefully that pain killer will give you some relief, sore ribs are hard to deal with since even breathing hurts!
