I am sorry Mark has to have another procedure done, but so glad they found it now when its correctable. I am keeping you guys in my prayers and so are Dan and the kids. Maria calls you guys the "Pancake House People Who Love Coronado Springs"! She's still mad I didnt' let her come when we met you guys at the Pancake House last August.

Wish I was there to bring you a casserole and a hug or just do soemthing more concrete! Love you friend and keep us posted.

I promise an update later and responses to the latest posts, but here is a pic of the patient. As you can see, he is doing fine. This is a stimulator that gives out electrodes to stimulate bone growth (he has to wear this four hours a day...not all at one time, but for four hours every day).

I am so glad he seems to be doing well I have bene out of the loop on the disney boards for a few weeks and working on catching up! It will be Sept soon at CSR woohoo I am so thrilled to me staying at this resort for the first time and always enjoy your wonderful reviews! Have you ever been to rix's loungue the night club? My mom and I were thinking about going but not sure how over the top things are. I will be praying for the both of you!! and I promise i will be better and keeping up on your PTR

Sorry, I couldn't be here earlier today Kathy, but we had a lightning strike our house today and we were out of power and one of the TVs said goodbye forever! Had to jump in for Tom as he had to go to work and did not have time to go online! SORRYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you. Mark will be getting the angioplasty, hopefully, the last weke of August. He wants to go to Vegas first for his trade show and then do the procedure (this will give him plenty of "recoup" time for our trip).

Please don't worry; I know how busy we can all get (I am three days behind now on all of my subscribed threads and will try to catch up over the weekend). Yes, we went to the Rix one night before the DJ started. We really enjoyed it; we might do it again this year.

Thank you. As I mentioned above, he'll have the angioplasty done in August some time after Vegas and before the end of the month. He had it done nine years ago when he had his heart attack so he knows what to expect.

I'm glad they found it now too without him having another heart attack.

He's really doing great tonight. I made some ravioli and he was able to eat that. He's watching our losing baseball team, the Cubs, and dozing off and on. He got no sleep in the hospital (they poke you every half hour). I'll go grocery shopping tomorrow; his mom and dad are coming to see him on Saturday and, if he is up to it, we'll go to Brookfield Zoo on Monday.

Isn't he just so cute???? He is such a goof (I should have named the PTR "Goofy and his wife...."

I got about three hours sleep last night. I can't stop coughing. My brother went to get Mark's pain pills and him some mucinex for his cold. I'm waiting to hear back from my doctor for something stronger. Just going to sit and do laundry today and try to catch up on the DIS between naps. Andy is on the way to the Wisconsin Dells with his baseball team...in his NEW car. He's so excited that he has his brand new 2010 Hydunai Elantra.

My MIL had to wear a bone stimulator thing on her foot for a while - hers was something like 2 hours a day. It's a weird machine, but it works!

I hope your cold goes away, it's awful when you get that type that makes you cough constantly.

He's a little better tonight; we're about to head to bed--his parents are coming to see him tomorrow. I got a new prescription for a cough syrup with codine so I can SLEEP tonight.
