We have changed our minds seems like a thousand times on where to vacation at this year and Im getting so tired of it that it wouldnt take me much just to not go anywhere and then we could all just stay home and not worry about it. Ok I know you can tell im getting frustrated. So I thought Id ask you all what you would do. Here are the choices that we keep choosing between and flip flopping back and forth.
1. Myrtle Beach. Although we would be able to drive this trip the hotel (Compass Cove) the food and the outings run into quite a bit of money. Im trying to stay below a 3000.00 budget.
2. Disney. With the stay 4 get 3 free, thats almost too good to pass up this year and we always LOVE Disney of course.
3. Mexico. All inclusive staying at Barcelo Maya Colonial with their 50% off deal is extremely tempting as we all love beach vacations too.
My kids are 12 and 3 and they LOVE water (what kid doesnt) anyway if I really really watch how we spend for souviners (ms) Im sure we could stay within the budget at WDW and the other 2 are running around 2700.00 for MB and 2950.00 for MX.
So what do you all think?:confused3

How often do you get to go to Disney? If you haven't been in a while I would snap up the 4/3 offer.

If you just got back I would choose one of the others.

Try closing your eyes and picturing the day to day activities (of each trip). Can you picture yourself enjoying them?

Honestly, I'd go all-inclusive. Myrtle Beach - extra spending will ALWAYS happen. Same with Disney.

We're in the same boat, trying to figure out what to do for vacation this year. I won a cruise from work so we have to do that, but I'll be getting extra $$ in travel vouchers and I'm leaning toward an all-inclusive as well. . . less to worry about.

We're in the same boat. Money is TIGHT right now and we have zero trips planned. But ......
If things improve. And we wouldn't have to charge it. I could be swayed into a vacation.
I was actually just looking at Windsor Hills in Orlando- we could stay for a week in a 3 bedroom with a splash pool for less than we paid for one night last year on site.
I love on site though. I mean really really love onsite. But if it means no trip= or offsite I might do it.
We have 4 kids. Our backup was Kiawah but I priced that out yesterday and was shocked to hear $4200 for the week!! It's never that much! So that's a no go for sure.
Now to come up with some other options.

For your choices I am not a fan of either MB or Mexico so for me it would be hands down disney.
