a few months back, Reader's Digest has a whole article about this. (wish I could remember which month it was, but maybe their web site has it. you could put it in the "search" window. (yeah, I know, I'm a lot of help!)
besides hitting "0" the other thing I DO remember is: try choosing the Spanish, not English option. there are less operatiors and you will get through to a live person sooner, and mostor the operators for the spanish option also speak english.(bilingual)
