Grrr, where did I put it????

Could someone please tell me where the screws to my tree stand are? They're not in the tree box anywhere, nor are they in any of my other Christmas boxes. I think they went they same place all left socks go. lol Does anyone know if I can buy the screwthings somewhere or do I need to buy a new tree stand?

You might need to buy a new tree stand. I have never seen the screw things anywhere. You might though try Lowes or Home Depot. They might have something similar that you can use.

I think those things are called "wing nuts". You might just call a local hardware store and see if they stock 'em. ??

You may just want to go buy a new stand. Nothing worse than getting that whole tree up and decorated, and then a couple hours later having the whole thing fall over!!!!

So I went to Lowe's this morning to get new screwthingies for the tree. I put up the tree and start going through the ornament box and guess what!?!?!?! The darn things were in there. I suppose I should have looked in there first.
