Grrr - on-line reservation system down again this am!

Well, last night when I checked it was working perfectly. Woke up early this morning to test theory that perhaps they kept some tables open for the exact 90 mark and get the error message that the system is not working. Hmm, do I try to go back to sleep or stay up until 7:00 to try calling? All I want to do is to try to get one ADR for a more perfect day so it should not be stressing me (but it is.)

Yep, been up since 5:30 to make a couple of early December ADRs, and the system is down.

I'm sitting here at my computer too, so frustrated. I had everything mapped out last night and here I am half asleep and it's not working. I'm glad at least that it's not just me. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong.

I guess we'll all be on the phone at 7:00AM, this should be fun, just like the old days! We just need Mama Melrose for Saturday evening 12/5. It's not even a Fantasmic night. I did a test drive on the online system last night and it was not working then. I was hoping it got fixed since then...guess not.

The system is NOT down, just keeep trying. DH and I (I was on Lap Top, DH was on PC) kept getting all kinds of error messages eventually we managed to get an ADR booked. You just have to persevere.

I just booked for Dec 13 this morning but at first, only up to Dec 4 was showing. I did the clear cookies and start over trick and then I was able to link to my reservation to get more days. Without the link, you can only book today through Dec 4.

we've 2 laptops on the go, cleared cookies on both and still only showing the 4th. i think we're about to have a heart attack!!!!

Something tells me we are going to have to run up a huge phone bill!!!

I got one to work without logging in and without my reservation number for my 90 days. I put it in my cart and checked out and then a white screen and for 15 minutes nothing. So I didn't even get a confirmation number, so now I have to call to see if I got it. Like others said, I was able to make it, but wasn't able to check out, making it more frustrating. Only a few more minutes and I'll be calling.

Inkmahn's cookie clearing instructions worked for me. I still could not score the ADR I was hoping to get. Thank goodness I updated my "cheat sheet" of passwords etc. about 3 weeks ago because I now have to refer to it to log on to all my various sites.
