So annoying! I have 4 reservations holding and when I went to fill out the payment screen it's stuck! So now I'm on the phone. I hope I was able to get what I wanted.

I was just on from 6 to 7 am and today is my 90 + 10. It worked fine for me. It did go down at 7 on my computer and I can't get it up now. I am freaking out cause I am afraid my stuff is lost now....how do I check if they are there. Im out of the system now but have no idea how to go back in and check my stuff. I checked out and everything went fine. How do you retrieve????

I made an ADR this morning for 12/4 the only day it would let me. I put it in my cart and finished, but got a white screen and got no email confirmation. I got off the phone a couple of minutes ago and had the CM check and there was no reservation for me. So if you don't get the screen after submitting and getting your actual reservation number and you do not get an email confirmation, chances are you do not have a reservation. I wanted the CM to cancel the 12/4 one I made today after I managed to get a 12/5 one and she said there was nothing for me for 12/4. If you did not get a confirmation, you need to check to make sure you have a reservation.

And to top it all off, I called at 7 am to double check one of my times, and was on hold for twenty two minutes when my cordless phone died. I just called back and have another 30 minute wait. So I guess Im really not gonna get anything now....somehow I just knew this wasn't going to go well....Ive been stressing for two weeks cause I had a feeling something wasn't going to go right with the online booking....sigh....

I'm on the phone with the most fabulous CM ever! Got all the ressies I wanted, only had to switch a couple of days around. Got my Chef Mickey and LeCellier, and everything else was perfect! I couldn't be more excited. It was totally worth getting up and waiting on the computer. Well, I could have used an extra hour or two of sleep but whatever.

Good luck and post back whether they could find the ADRs you made earlier, if not maybe you'll get lucky and still get them since no one else got theirs when the same thing happened to them. I'm glad I called and checked this morning and not wait to just show up.

Yay!!

Just got off the phone from the best CM i have ever spoken to! There was an initial problem with our reservation which she managed to sort after a lot of questions and confirming.

We then managed to book everything we wanted including CRT and Akerhaus! DS desperately wanted to eat with the princesses. DW has now collapsed through stress and i think i might need a very strong drink!

I had trouble this morning with the system saying it was down when I tried to go to it from the "book dining" link at the top of the page. When I searched for a restaurant and went to it that way I finally got into the system. Had all my ADR's made in an hour only to have the system die on me and have to start all over again.....grrrrrrr! I did manage to re-created everything I had and check out successfully, with confirmation numbers for all of it. I also received an email confirmation. However, almost 2 hours of my time did seem a bit ridiculous when I've done it on the phone in far less time in the past.

I had to move several of our dates around because of time issues. Couldn't do the Wave on the night we're going to MVMCP, because I couldn't get an early enough time. The only restaurant I couldn't get was Sanaa, so I guess we'll hold that for next year's trip. We weren't trying for LeCellier or CRT, so I guess I wasn't too worried about getting what I wanted.

I had problems booking this morning also. I couldn't get in online until about 6:30am and then when I got everything booked....and confirmed and I went to print....my window closed out. I almost had a heart attack. Luckily I got an e-mail around 730 saying all my reservations...so hopefully it worked. Still makes me nervous!
