Grr! Stupid Kodak EasyShare software! I'll show you EasyShare! Grraaaagh!

That's it! I have HAD IT UP TO HERE and I'm ready to throw my entire computer out the window. The Kodak EasyShare software we have installed to go with the digital camera Dh got me last Christmas as a gift is not working right and I'm not sure where to go to ask how to make it work the way it's supposed to. Almost all of the pictures we've taken and stored on the compy with the EasyShare software keep coming up as 'not found'. ***? Whaddyamean not found? I haven't moved them, renamed them or deleted them. And it shows me the thumbnails...just won't show me the actual picture. Grrr.

DANGIT! I want my stinkin photos, you stupid photo-eating software!

Don't worry this is a great camera. I have had mine a little over a year. See if you can get them downloaded to ofoto. All of my photos are archived on ofoto, In fact they had to reprogram my whole computer, but since ofoto had everything. I lost nothing. If you still have them on your camera load them directly onto ofoto and see if that works.

We have an EasyShare camera too and love it. I will agree that the software is a little buggy sometimes, but we haven't had problems with it as of late. Seems like everytime DH would do a "clean-up" on the pc, the software would uninstall.

If you have a photo program on your pc already like PhotoImpact, you might be able to go directly into there and ask it to download your photos into that program. I think I've done it before.

I have an easy share cam , and I love it!

I however do not use their software I extract them off the cam using adobe photoshop.
